Saturday 11th August - A tough weekend for the Blacks
With the last few rounds soon to be played out the Blacks have found the going tough. The women's team went down to Glenelg though they are on track to finish second in their division and are finals contenders. The men's teams have suffered from a high injury rate. Due to some key players being unavailable the score line did not reflect the great strides forward made by the club this season.
Pub Crawl. 4th August 2012
Starting at the Gov, the 124th annual AULC pub crawl was a huge success. Despite Jimmy being sin-binned by the tram conductor the group travelled successfully to the Dog and Duck by Adelaide's eco friendly trams.
The Woolshed provided great live entertainment as Australia's newest cowboys Hong 'Buffalo Bill' Liu and Matt 'Doc Holliday' Yang rode the bull to great applause from an encouraging crowd.
It became apparent that the group was minus two. What was their transgression and why were they removed from their secluded place of amerous passion?
Thankfully the night finished on a high note at La Sing where 'wine, women and song'capped off a night of great merriment.
Post your photographic evidence at the AULC's Facebook page.
